🛑 How do I cancel an order?

Changed your mind? No problem! Just reply to your order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. Didn’t get the email? Shoot us a quick note at hello@kenvord.com.

👟 How do I exchange for another size or style?

Easy. When you start your return, just let us know you’d like a different size or style. Email hello@kenvord.com with your order number, and we’ll handle it.

😬 I got the wrong item — help!

Our bad! Please send us a pic of the item along with your order number. Once we confirm, we’ll rush the right item your way — no stress.

📦 How do I return my order?

Super simple: send the item back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. For the full process, see our Refund Policy.

💸 Do you refund delivery costs?

Sometimes, yes. If your whole order was faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for delivery costs. (We keep it fair)
