However, due to the large volume of products, providers, and sellers on our platform, it may not always be possible to detect all infringing items. Therefore, we encourage customers and intellectual property right holders to cooperate with us and promptly notify us if they believe their rights have been infringed.

Eligible Complaints

We accept complaints relating to the following:

Procedure for Submitting a Complaint

Upon receipt of your notice, we will conduct a prompt internal investigation. If your complaint is accepted, we will take the necessary actions against the infringing listing(s).

Actions We May Take

  • Immediate removal of infringing products/pages from our website.
  • Notifying the seller/providers/factories of your complaint and sharing your contact information for clarification purposes.
  • Revoking selling privileges and withholding funds from infringing sellers/providers/factories.
  • Destruction of infringing inventory in our possession, where infringement is confirmed or upheld by a court.
